On November 13, sirens went off in central Israel, including Tel Aviv, at 5:46 pm, signaling the launch of rockets from Lebanon. The IDF reported that approximately five projectiles crossed into Israeli territory, with some intercepted by the Israeli Air Force (IAF). Similar alerts were issued earlier in the month, including a siren at 4:37 pm on November 12 when three rockets were intercepted. Another siren was triggered at 6:04 am on November 11.
In addition to these incidents, the IDF reported intercepting one projectile launched from Yemen towards central Israel on November 8. Over the past week, multiple rocket attacks from Lebanon have been detected, with some projectiles falling into open areas, including the Western Galilee. Despite the growing frequency of these incidents, the IAF has successfully intercepted most of the threats, preventing significant damage.
These ongoing rocket attacks highlight the heightened security tensions along Israel’s northern borders, as Hezbollah and other militant groups continue to target Israeli territory, testing the country’s missile defense systems. The escalation of cross-border fire is a clear sign of increased instability in the region.
