Two Jerusalem residents were indicted on Sunday for collaborating with the terrorist organization Hezbollah. The suspects, aged 33 and 35, are accused of maintaining contact with a Hezbollah handler through WhatsApp. Despite knowing her affiliation, they continued to communicate and provided her with sensitive information about Israel, including news articles and photographs.
One suspect purchased a SIM card to communicate with a high-ranking Hezbollah officer. The investigation revealed he refused to photograph certain areas as instructed by the officer. The other suspect was photographed with a firearm during a visit to the West Bank.
The prosecution has requested that the suspects be held in custody until the end of legal proceedings.
