A suspected car-ramming attack in central Israel left eight people injured Thursday morning, according to emergency services.
Five victims are in moderate condition and three sustained light injuries. All were transported to Hillel Yaffe and Laniado hospitals for treatment.
Police quickly located the vehicle believed to have been used in the attack, but the driver fled and remains at large. Authorities are currently searching the Beit Lid area, where the vehicle was abandoned.
No group has claimed responsibility, and security forces have not yet released a motive. Investigations are ongoing.
