Two right-wing lawmakers warned they may leave Prime Minister Netanyahu’s coalition over concerns his Gaza City operation is a ploy for a partial ceasefire, not total victory over Hamas.

Zvi Sukkot (Religious Zionism) and Yitzhak Kroizer (Otzma Yehudit) say they’ll decide soon whether to bolt — a move that could leave Netanyahu without a majority.

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich also declared he’d “lost faith” in Netanyahu’s war strategy, accusing him of “succumbing to weakness” and aiming for a limited hostage deal instead of destroying Hamas.

Opposition leader Yair Lapid seized on the turmoil, urging Smotrich to support dissolving the Knesset and holding elections.
