Three Israeli soldiers were killed Monday when a blast struck their tank in northern Gaza, possibly due to an internal malfunction. The fallen — Staff Sgt. Shoham Menahem, Sgt. Shlomo Yakir Shrem, and Sgt. Yuliy Faktor — all served in the 401st Armored Brigade. A fourth officer was seriously wounded.

Initially blamed on a Hamas RPG, the IDF now suspects the explosion came from a misfired shell inside the tank. The incident raises the Israeli death toll in the Gaza war to 454.

Meanwhile, two rockets were intercepted over southern Israel, and videos emerged of chaotic aid distribution near Rafah, with ongoing investigations into alleged IDF fire near civilians.
