Red Heifer Steakhouse in Jerusalem
Jerusalem has all sorts of dining destinations that you shouldn’t miss if you visit the place. And one of the famous restaurants to visit is the Red Heifer Steakhouse.
The restaurant is located in a prime location in Jerusalem’s city center. It is situated in the new King David’s Crown building which is right next to the King David Hotel. The restaurant is also near The David Citadel Hotel as well as the Mamilla Mall. It is also very close to the Old City.
The restaurant has been in Jerusalem for a decade. The owner, Yossi Wanch, has experience in the worlds of meat after working as a butcher in New York and opening a restaurant in Manhattan.

If you visit the restaurant, one of the best dish that you shouldn’t miss is their Red Heifer Classic Rib Eye Steak. Aside from its tenderness, it is also served in a large portion– satisfying your cravings. You can also enjoy their signature dish with a tasty French Fries on the side. The fries were crisp and golden brown on the outside, with a soft yet still firm inside. A small dipping bowl of ketchup was also provided for the fries.

Moreover, it was served alongside with a creamy sauce which completes the delicious steak dish.
At the top of the menu there is a short list of inviting cocktails that you can try to partner with their special steak, salad and other dish.
They also have a House Green Salad, which is a large dish that normally includes chicken breast that is perfectly grilled, pastrami, and green vegetables. It is roasted with other vegetables and can be ordered with any toppings you would like.
A variety of desserts are presented on a platter for your consideration. Their sweet and delicious “Pluto,” which is a cookie made of rice krispies topped with ball of vanilla pudding filled with chocolate ball. This is an absolutely delightful end to your meal.
There are many eating spaces to choose from, with the main room built for bigger gatherings and a fantastic spot to celebrate important occasions with loved ones. On the other hand, smaller area is perfect for private events, as you can enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of Jerusalem just outside the window.
Finally, in the front part of the restaurant, it features an amazing outdoor area where you can enjoy al fresco dining, and get an amazing view of this ancient city.
If you are looking for a venue for a party or an event, The Red Heifer is an excellent choice. The room is private and can hold up to 50 guests. The restaurant has 100 people in it. The outdoors place can accommodate at least 150 visitors.
