At least 12 people were killed in Israeli airstrikes across southern Lebanon on Saturday, as Hezbollah drones wounded three Israeli reservists, one seriously.

The IDF issued evacuation warnings to nine villages and struck over 85 Hezbollah targets in the past 24 hours, including weapon depots, rocket launchers, drone sites, and an underground weapons manufacturing facility in the Beqaa Valley.

Among those killed were a Syrian father and his 12-year-old daughter struck by drones near Nabatieh. Seven people, including a child, were also killed in a strike on the town of Saksakiyeh.

The ceasefire brokered by the U.S. in April has largely unraveled, though fighting remains below pre-ceasefire levels. A third round of ambassador-level talks between Israel and Lebanon — now including military representatives — is scheduled for May 14–15 in Washington.
